What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the Amazon website or through the shipping carrier's website.
What is Treaterrific's return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact us at hello@treaterrific.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What items are non-returnable?
